KRIVOY ROG FESTIVAL 2009 !!!
 These super guys from ICM Canada are helping us to plan a HUGE festival to be held in the city of Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, in the Summer of 2009! Phil Jeske and Dave Hensman asked us to gather different denominations together for this and, surprisingly, all the pastors we invited showed up for the first meeting ... the first time these churches have joined together for anything! That's already a GREAT result! Hey! You should plan to join us for the city-wide Christian festival next summer! Yes! More WILD times are coming!!! |

| OPERATION CAN BE DONE continues !!! |
 The doctor who is helping us with the operations (he's a Muslim who is amazed by what we're doing!) is shown here sitting with one of our kids, Sasha, who was just recently blessed by an operation YOU all paid for!
The most interesting thing about this picture, though, is the young man in the background. Yura was blessed when a Canadian man came to Ukraine and paid for an operation for him. This meant he was able to get out of the horrible institute for handicapped adults (Buri Ugli) and get a job! Now he's working as a helper for the Operation Can Be Done program!!! |

 It's one thing to help people in regions of the world that are oppressed and poor. It's another thing to raise up leaders who will carry the flaming torch of HOPE to their own people.
We are hearing daily about Christians in Central Asia who are being oppressed and beaten by the police.
In a small town in Kyrgyzstan we have a college where we are training the future leaders (from all over Central
Asia). They will be the ones who will help the orphans and widows and make all our efforts sustainable for generations to come!
