Thousands of Happy Meals, Vitamins and Something Else!
 
WOW!  Only pictures can really show the
          joy of the kids ... and me!
 

Here I am with the first group of orphans this year, who were treated to a very special Christmas treat... a Happy Meal, a year's supply of vitamins, and A HEALTHY DOSE OF THE LOVE OF GOD!   The little guy in the front seems to be saying (to all the sponsors in Canada) ... "Who gave me this coat?  NASA?"   And I'm saying, from the bottom of my heart, "Thank you - you made it happen!"

Changing the World - One Song at a Time!
 

As you can see, the orphanage directors ordered their workers to get out the best clothing - and all the frills!   The excitement about this annual FEAST of joy is growing and growing every year.   I vividly remember walking into one of the restaurants and hearing the orphans singing, very LOUDLY, "I LOVE JESUS!" and the people sitting in the McDonalds were all listening ... and, you know, they all seemed to understand.   These children will change the world.

Listen Kids ... You Can Hide ... But We Will Find You!

In one city, we heard that there were fifty-seven orphans in the children's hospital, who would not be able to come to the restaurant.   So we had an absolute blast taking the JOY to them!   You know what we found out?  All the kids knew that the other orphans were having a special Christmas ... So, you can imagine how shocked they were when we showed up with the love in a Happy Meal bag!

The Joy Ran All the Way to the Border of China!
 

Ok, there's no McDonalds restaurants in Kyrgyzstan, but that shouldn't stop the LOVE and JOY.  In a fishing city by the border of China, we were able to provide Christmas gifts and a very special party for over 1,000 children!   Our helper, Anya, told us that many of the children's parents came with the kids to the party and were asking a lot of questions (due to recent world events).   Anya said they were so friendly, and so happy that someone was reaching out to help children at such a time as this!

A New Generation Is Coming!
 

Yes, even my little Amy was getting in on the action!  She likes the cherry pie filling!   Our helpers, like Julya here, were absolutely awesome this year.  They were just as excited as the kids!  All dressed up, with an awesome program, they even impressed the orphanage directors!  We may have to sell tickets next year!   God will reach the children.  We just need to continue to seek His perfect will.

Investors Group Halifax, the North Church sunday school kids in Leamington, and Sophie the
cat  : )
